Quality Supervisor - Food

About The Role
Currently our Sydney office is recruiting for a Quality Supervisor role to work within a leading supplier of dairy products for a number of customers including service companies and leading retail chains. The business is currently in a stage of growth and seeking switched on QA candidates that can grow alongside the business.
Your Duties Will Include
Managing a team to provide leadership and assign tasks Lead QA and Continuous Improvement projects Training staff on HACCP, production quality check and quality requirements Root cause analysis and closing out issues Production walks to ensure high quality standards are being adhered to QMS maintenance – review and update
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related discipline Previous experience in supervisor role is highly advantageous Previous experience within food manufacturing or distribution Knowledge of HACCP/GMP Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills Excellent computers skills Be able to deal effectively with pressure and day to day challenges
