The business is currently in a stage of growth and seeking switched on QA candidates that can grow alongside the business.Your Duties Will IncludeManaging a team to provide leadership and assign tasksLead QA and Continuous Improvement projectsTraining staff on HACCP, production quality check and quality requirements Root cause analysis and closing out issuesProduction walks to ensure high quality standards are being adhered toQMS maintenance – review and updateSkills & ExperienceTertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related disciplinePrevious experience in supervisor role is highly advantageousPrevious experience within food manufacturing or distributionKnowledge of HACCP/GMPExcellent communication, organizational and time management skillsExcellent computers skillsBe able to deal effectively with pressure and day to day challengesBenefits & CultureJoin a great Australian manufacturer and a tight knit team.
