Quality & Staff Development Manager

North West Private Hospital is a 45 bed acute medical, surgical, psychiatric hospital located in the scenic coastal city of Burnie in Tasmania.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic RN with a passion for Quality and Safety in healthcare along with an interest in staff development to join the leadership team. The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of the Quality Portfolio along with assisting managers in monitoring staff education requirements.
Minimum Requirements:Registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseMinimum 5 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.Comprehensive knowledge of NSQHS standards and accreditation processes.Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate and deliver education within a patient centred framework.For more information or a copy of the position description email ******
