We have a state-of-the-art facility awaiting you, and you will get to sink your teeth into varied work by being responsible for leading and supporting the following:
Leading Management of a small team of QA team members – laboratoryThe quality agenda for the syrup manufacturing processCompliance to meet all regulatory, customer, and company requirementsThe implementation of process control and monitoring programmes inclusive of non-conformance resolutionThe servicing, upgrade, and external calibration of all laboratory equipmentReporting, escalation, and implementation of corrective action plans for change management issuesWhat will you be doing? Management of QA team members – laboratoryMaintaining quality of manufactured syrupCoaching, training, and reviewing competency of operations team members including standard checking and calibration of equipmentManaging NCR/syrup resolution for the operational teams for raw materials and ingredientsReviewing quality and production process controls in operations and generating change management in conjunction with production teams as requiredConducting internal audits and supporting the external audits programOverseeing all compliance testing and calibration activities to ensure adherence to the Quality FrameworkLet's talk about you!
