As an ASX 50 and perennial high performing company, Mineral Resources Limited (MinRes) is an Australian based leader in the performance and delivery of diversified mining services and minerals processing, underpinned by a growing world-class portfolio of mining operations across multiple commodities including iron ore and lithium.About the role In the Quality and SMP Project Engineer function you will be supporting the Project Manager on the delivery of a major iron ore project, providing Structural, Mechanical and Piping works.Provide a focal point for all technical based queries.Supervision of contractors/front line workers.Development of quality assurance documentation including MDR, work pack, ITPs and ITRs.Update procurement registers to ensure monitoring of supply goods, and report progress on a weekly basis.Carry out accurate material take offs with reference to spreadsheets to justify accuracy.Preparation of documentation ensuring project compliance to Australian Standards, client specifications, project plans and procedures.Assist in ad hoc reporting as requested, including internal reports and client reports.About you Trade background or Tertiary Qualification in Engineering.Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Supervisory or Engineering role on large scale construction projects.Section 44 or Schedule 26 Certification desirable.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, Excel and Word).Strong verbal and written communication skills.What we offer We offer a range of benefits to our employees including: Competitive salary Annual bonus Access to "MyShare" MinRes Share Plan Employee discounts and offers Physical and mental health programs Salary packaging If you believe that you have the necessary attitude and skills for this role, apply now!Mineral Resources Limited is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage applicants who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to apply.
