About the Position Reporting to the Quality, Safety & Risk Manager, we have a part-time role working 3 days per week in our Glenorchy office. The role is classified at Level 3 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award (SCHADS) with the benefit of salary sacrifice options.
The position would suit someone with a strong administrative background. The successful candidate will be required to complete the following duties:
Actively drive a positive quality and safety culture throughout the organisation with alignment to processes, policies, and legislation Assist in the coordination of quality improvement initiatives to maintain positive consumer outcomes Maintain accurate data entry of all quality, safety and risk information Effectively manage the feedback and complaints process liaising with relevant managers to close reported matters Gather information relating to incidents and events and provide support managers to investigate through to close Maintain the annual audit schedule to monitor internal safety and compliance standards Schedule and coordinate safety and compliance training as required Assist with the preparation of reporting as required About You We are looking for someone who is extremely organised and can effectively manage large volumes of information. In addition, the successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
An exceptional level of attention to detail Advanced written and verbal communication skills A practical thinker with the ability to use their initiative Able to effectively prioritise tasks and act with a sense of urgency High levels of computer literacy Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards is an advantage, but not essential Previous experience in the aged care sector or another environment that faces complex legislative changes is an advantage Must be an Australian Resident or hold an Australian Working Visa All CTST employees must:
