About the role:Provide general clerical duties, quality administration service, receipting, correspondence and compiling reports, minutes and agenda preparation and completion, records and statistics collation, typing, data entry, word processing and spread sheeting of documents, use modern office equipment, switchboard, reception, filing and other duties as directed.Assist with the development and coordination of CQHHS policy and procedures, patient and health service documents. This includes formatting, publishing, coordinating review and replacement of the same. This also includes incorporating version control.About you:Assist with the development and coordination of policy and procedures, patient and health service documents; incorporating formatting, publishing and version control protocols.Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive matters appropriately.Contribute and commit to the principles of quality and safety and the concept of total quality service.What we offer:Salary information: Total remuneration value of up to $4,283 p.m. is comprised of:
