We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality and Safety Manager to join our team and oversee quality and safety systems within the Australian AMO.We are MAF, a Christian organisation that utilises aviation and technology to provide assistance and hope to underdeveloped communities around the world.

MAF's 116 aircraft provide vital transportation services to medical personnel, development workers, and aid organisations across the globe.
The organization also delivers Bibles, church materials, and other resources to communities with limited access to Christian teaching and worship services.We are currently looking for an experienced Quality and Safety Manager who will take the lead in overseeing the Quality and Safety function for our Australian AMO, headquartered in Mareeba.
Our ideal candidate should have a good understanding of aviation safety principles and be comfortable leading, developing, and implementing safety, quality, and continuous improvement strategies.NOTE: Applicants must be willing to gain or have the current legal right to work in Australia.

Acceptance of and adherence to MAF's purpose, vision, and values is an essential condition of employment.ResponsibilitiesAs the Quality & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the effective running of the Quality and Safety Management Systems within the Aircraft Maintenance Organisation (AMO).
