About the role
We are looking for a passionate, engaging and highly organised Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager for a fixed term contract until July 2025. This role will provide expert advice and leadership to build quality improvement of operations, identify, monitor and manage risk, guide safe work practices and meet regulatory requirements that ensure ongoing safe, high quality and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. This role would be reporting to the Mates4Mates CEO, and will be a part of our dynamic leadership team.
Some key responsibilities of this include, but are not limited to:
Lead the organisation's quality control and quality assurance activities and promote the use of contemporary tools, methodology and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in quality assurance processes across Mates4Mates. Establish assurance processes such as ongoing training and internal audits. Provide quality assurance controls through key corporate functions. Lead and provide support and advice to the organisation on all matters relating to work health and safety. Responsible for ensuring Mates4Mates fosters and embeds high-quality standards while meeting obligations and delivering exceptional client experience that is evidence based and outcomes orientated. About you
Candidates with the following skill sets and experience are encouraged to apply:
Degree in risk, compliance, governance, business or other related knowledge. Minimum of five years' experience leading the development of organisational systems, quality management systems, processes, performance monitoring and coordination. Experience in quality management, continuous improvement, project management and process design with high level attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness in work undertaken. Experience in leading accreditation processes and knowledge of relevant community health standards. Confident mastery of common IT and software tools and platforms relating to risk management, quality control and accreditation management. Demonstrated experience in critical analysis, data interpretation and conceptual skills with the ability to translate complex information into logical, concise, evidence-based reports and briefs in line with quality assurance requirements. Ability to successfully engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives, external stakeholders and representatives of external regulatory bodies.
