An exciting opportunity exists to join our team as a Quality Project Officer.
The Quality Project Officer is responsible for implementing, coordinating, monitoring and reporting on a range of projects which improve Westhaven's service delivery outcomes and / or operations.

We've Got You Covered: Fitness Passport to Energise Your Lifestyle Be part of a culture that values diverse backgrounds and experiences Key responsibilities: Contribute to the development, implementation and coordination of projects that deliver effective business unit outcomes and meet client service delivery needs Manage and oversee particular aspects of projects and implementations, including developing and monitoring project plans, coordinating resources, and monitoring workflow to ensure successful project milestones and deadlines are met Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required, including status updates, executive level reports and briefs to manage the flow of information Liaise and work collaboratively with all areas of the organisation To be at the forefront of this opportunity you will have: An understanding of project management principles including planning, monitoring and evaluation, coupled with knowledge of project management methodologies and processes Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS and Quality and Safeguarding Framework and understanding of Human Rights Previous experience in a quality role, with a sound understanding of quality management systems and processes including continuous improvement principles, internal auditing practice, incident management and the ability to coordinate quality improvement plans Strong administrative skills and attention to detail, including a working knowledge of Google Suite (or similar) and be highly numerate with a track record of data analysis and an ability to interpret data for a variety of different stakeholder needs Ability to self-motivate and self-manage workloads to meet deadlines, prioritise and use initiative with a positive, solution-focused attitude Demonstrated competency in written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation skills and the ability to present information to various stakeholders and facilitate meetings Westhaven regards the following as highly desirable: Experience in disability support, health care, community or NFP organisations  Change management experience  Essential requirements of the role: A current NSW Driver's licence  The ability to obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) The ability to obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)  About applying Please submit your CV and a cover letter addressing your abilities to undertake the key responsibilities of this role.
