We are excited to offer the role of Quality Manager.
Lead, coach and develop a small team, responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to consumer complaints and quality queries.
This exciting leadership role works closely with our Product Safety team to identify key issues and concerns, and then working with our manufacturing teams and contract manufacturing partners to continuously strive to achieve the highest level of product quality.
This role is based onsite at our head office and packaging facility in Warriewood, Sydney.

Generate and distribute routine complaint reports as well as issue reports to key stakeholders as require.
Ensure the effective processing of Customer Complaints and quality queries to agreed SLAs.
To oversee the unauthorised product assessment process.
