This role will ensure a prompt and compliant approach to quality improvement in line with HCA policies, NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.Key Responsibilities include:Ensure compliance with HCA's Incident Management Standard for investigations and reporting.Provide the NDIS team with regular updates on high-level investigations, root cause analyses, and trends.Accurately document incident and complaint investigations in required systems and complete mandatory reporting within deadlines.Conduct internal audits, prepare reports with recommendations, and monitor corrective actions.Support performance management processes per HR policies and WHS/QM frameworks.Collaborate with the GSQ and NDIS teams to identify and implement business process improvements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders on incident management, NDIS audits, and quality improvement initiatives.Provide recommendations from incidents and audits, monitor action plans, and promote organizational learning.Offer guidance and training to improve incident reporting processes and culture.Support HR in facilitating performance management.Engage with external stakeholders, including the NDIS Commission, consumers, and relevant authorities.To be Considered:Skills:Proficient in conducting and documenting thorough, objective investigations.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including report writing and formal minute-taking.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Advanced data analysis skills for compliance assessment and trend identification.Moderate to advanced proficiency in MS Office and incident management software.Adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a willingness to learn.Experience:Proven experience in risk-based assessments, report writing, and managing sensitive information.Strong time management and organizational abilities in fast-paced environments.Skilled in using IT platforms, including MS Office and Teams.Experience in the disability sector and familiarity with NDIS Practice Standards (desirable).About HCA:Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest specialist healthcare recruitment and staffing provider.
