We're currently looking for an Entry Level Quality Officer to form an integral part of our quality department.
The Quality Officer will assist the QA Manager and staff to ensure continuous improvement and quality best-practice is consistently maintained.The Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring that tasks attributed are conducted in an efficient and timely manner.
Specific tasks include laboratory assistance, internal auditing, document control, verification and validation activities, ensuring quality compliance is maintained, and general daily QA Department functions.Specific ResponsibilitiesEnsure verification and calibration activities are completed as per schedule.Assist with internal audits and external audits.Update procedures and documentation ensuring all document control requirements are met.Use the NCR system to investigate and resolve any non-conformance issues.Ensure that GMP standards are always maintained during daily walkarounds and during GMP and Glass and Hard plastics audits.Assist with the collection, compiling, and scanning of daily production documentation when required.Maintain COA and Food Safety Certificates.Assist with document control of procedures, work instructions, and record management.
