Quality Officer

We are seeking a skilled Quality Officer to join the team of one of our construction clients!
$50.61-56.93 + pens - $80-90k on perm basisThomastown, VICTemp – permKey Responsibilities: Conduct routine process control checks and auditsPerform testing, including product load testing and material samplingInspect and manage non-conforming products, including rework or rejection processesLead or assist in quality investigations and issue resolutionMaintain and report on quality-related data, such as audit results and process non-adherencesCollaborate on quality procedure enhancements and compliance with ISO 9001 standardsCarry out inspections of fabricated items, both on-site and at supplier facilitiesLiaise with customers and suppliers to address any quality concerns and provide technical adviceContribute to continuous improvement initiativesContribute to existing standards and increasing elevating the benchmark for the company and its staffMaintain current accreditationEssential requirements: A sound understanding of AS/NZS Standards (e.g. AS1554, AS1627, AS2312) and ISO 9001 requirementsProficiency in quality management systems and product specificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or industrial environmentDoes this sound like you or someone you know?
