(Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00)
Location: Tamworth
Are you a dynamic and organised Quality Manager seeking your next career opportunity?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our client at theirstate-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tamworth. With over 40 years in the manufacture and distribution industry, they pride themselves on open communication and a supportive work environment.
Salary: £43,000 - £48,000

You will guide the company on all quality-related matters, promoting a positive culture around health, safety, and sustainability. You will ensure that products and services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements while leading and motivating your team to achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and implement quality policies and procedures. Develop long-term quality improvement plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality assurance methodologies. Analyse data and KPIs to drive improvements in quality and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with Technical teams to align with customer expectations. Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals. What You Will Need: NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma Experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, and Six Sigma Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Proficiency in SAP, SharePoint, and Excel If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we'd love to hear from you!
