We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our client at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tamworth.

You will ensure that products and services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements while leading and motivating your team to achieve their objectives.Key Responsibilities:Establish and implement quality policies and procedures.Develop long-term quality improvement plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.Analyse data and KPIs to drive improvements in quality and customer satisfaction.Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to quality standards.Collaborate with Technical teams to align with customer expectations.Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.What You Will Need:NEBOSH Certificate / DiplomaExperience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, and Six SigmaStrong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001Proficiency in SAP, SharePoint, and ExcelIf this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we'd love to hear from you!
