Quality Manager | Quality Lead - NuclearQuality Assurance & Control (Construction)Long-term & High-Profile Defence ProjectPermanent Opportunity in Perth with a growing ASX-listed organisationMonday-Friday nr. Osborne ParkOur Client + The ProjectAs a multi-disciplined national ASX listed organisation, with offices in every state in Australia, they have been awarded a significant ECI contract that will offer a pipeline of work for around 3 years on a major Dept of Defence project just south of Perth metro. With the ECI phase to last around 12 months, and then roll into the construction phase which will include a combination of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC activities, this role will see you through to a mid-2027 completion date.Required Skills & AttributesThis is a Defence project, and you MUST have Australian Citizenship to be eligible for security clearance. (Critical to application)Due to the facility's purpose in question, you MUST have demonstrable previous experience in nuclear energy construction processes and practical experience of relevant specifications. (Critical to application)You will have a minimum of 7–10 years' construction/engineering project experienceStrong negotiation and influencing skillsPrevious experience with Project Document Management SystemsCert of Attainment in Quality Management or equivalentBusiness or Engineering degree (desirable)You will be Perth based for this role (relocation assistance may be an option for suitable inter-state candidates)Key Responsibilities:Develop the Quality Management Plan and ensure all requirements within the plan are established, implemented, maintained and communicated and that responsibilities for implementing the plan are understood by the project team.Review all client quality specifications to ensure all QA/QC project deliverables required under the contract are captured and processes are in place to ensure they are achieved.Develop any project-specific quality procedures and forms, as required in the project specifications.Establish and report on Quality objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the project.Provide input into the project risk reviews to ensure all quality risks are identified, analysed and mitigated.Salary & BenefitsWill be commensurate with your experience, however, a guide range is $180,000 - $210,000 + Super, with other company-wide incentives available.
