Our aim is to blend our team with the facility team, building long term relationships to provide a stable and responsive food service to enhance the outcome for our customers.About the Position12-month position (Maternity leave cover) commencing in January 2025Full time hours, based at our Bayswater support office (occasional travel to sites required)Work in conjunction with our teams to improve systems and operationsDevelop policies and proceduresReport writing and communicating outcomesProvide assistance and follow through with effective problem solving and corrective actionsOversee the internal audit teamThe ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and improve standardised production, quality and customer service standardsIdentify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventative actionPerform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findingsBuild a strong quality team through coaching, mentoring, training and performance evaluationsQualificationsBachelor's degree or similar experience in Quality Assurance5+ years' relevant work experienceThorough knowledge of safe food handling and HACCP principlesHighly organised individual, with excellent attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
