The Position Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Pacific Seeds now seek a Quality Manager to effectively manage the Pacific Seeds Quality Control functions (seed quality assessment, genetic purity assessment and seed technology research) to ensure that information is available for product release decisions to be made in a timeframe which meets commercial requirements. The position will provide regular updates to the Managing Director on progress of key deadlines and initiatives as well work closely on all Australian Quality matters to ensure outcomes are aligned to global processes and policies. In addition, the role will work closely with other managers to provide support and guidance to achieve common goals as well as mentor and support team members to maximise personal performance.
