Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will lead a team of 4 Quality Associates to deliver on quality assurance objectives. You will make a difference across all areas of the business from product development, document quality, and logistics and distribution. You will engage across multiple stakeholders, effectively communicating and maintaining the organisation's commitment to quality standards in all areas.
Role responsibilities include: Key Quality point of contact for all outside supply chain contractorsEnsures that products adhere to quality assurance and cGMP safety standardsManages compliance with regulatory and 3rd party agenciesEnsures third party contractors have adequate controls, programs, and organisational structure in place to comply with all customer and regulatory requirementsEnsures compliance of the consumer complaint program, including but not limited to: verification that complaints are documented adequately, initiating corrective actions, and overseeing dialogue with customers.Communicates issues & resolutions to stakeholders as they ariseMaintains all compliance documentation for each productMaintains all documentation for specifications and testing through the supply chainEnsures NPD/Product Specifications and artwork are properly implemented and/or updatedManages pre-release product inspections ensuring compliance with marketing authorisationCollaborates with Operations to make informed decisions on products and processesPartners with Supply Chain in reporting and resolving issues with products and suppliersEstablishment and maintenance of GMP agreements, product master files for all registered and listed products in line with local legislationsTimely response to Quality related complaints, escalation of critical complaints and efficient investigation as neededCoach and develop your team of associatesTravel may be required from time to time.About You: Five to seven years of related experience in the pharmaceuticals/dietary supplement or related industryMust have previous leadership experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCommitment to excellence and high standardsYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and are resilient to changing prioritiesExperience of working with online systemsExcellent analytical orientationSelf-motivated and organisedIntegrity and accountabilityScience Degree qualified in a related field e.g. Food Science, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
