The Role:
As our Quality Manager, you'll be an integral part of our site's operational team, providing strategic support and driving quality improvement initiatives. Reporting directly to the National Quality Manager, you'll:
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality standards. Lead internal audits to uphold customer and business expectations. Oversee product trials to maintain consistent quality standards. Analyse data and spearhead site-based improvement projects. Implement and maintain effective Non-conforming (NCR) programs. Provide comprehensive training on quality requirements. Your Profile:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
4+ years' experience in a Quality Supervisory Role. Proficiency in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems. Strong auditing skills, with certification preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques. A degree in Science or Engineering (highly desirable). What We Offer:
