Our accommodation provides long-term, short-term, transitional and respite options in metropolitan Melbourne, regional Victoria, New South Wales and the Northern Territory.Become part of our teamYou will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance on policy, process and practice for HIS as a SIL and SDA provider operating within the NDIS. The overarching focus is on supporting compliance, managing a risk framework and analysis, supporting HIS Operations staff to deliver consistently high quality and safe care. A good working knowledge of NDIS and associated changes is essential as is ensuring accreditation with the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Healthcare Standards, HSS or ISO.To be successful you'll need:Relevant tertiary qualifications /or working towards or relevant experienceSignificant experience in working within a quality framework and policy development, including the NDIS frameworkExperience in project work with a high standard of skills in report writing, project design and managementDemonstrated ability to show leadership and the ability to work with a wide range of people in a team environmentHigh level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skillsExcellent time and project management skillsThe benefits· Remuneration is dependent upon skills and experience.
