Join us in providing the highest quality services to our clients Healthscope Independence Services (HIS) is a specialist provider of unique accommodation, attendant care and in-home services to individuals with acquired brain injuries, disabilities, complex conditions and those who have left hospital and require additional support at home. Our services promote independence and support our clients in achieving their goals. Our accommodation provides long-term, short-term, transitional and respite options in metropolitan Melbourne, regional Victoria, New South Wales and the Northern Territory.
Become part of our team You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance on policy, process and practice for HIS as a SIL and SDA provider operating within the NDIS. The overarching focus is on supporting compliance, managing a risk framework and analysis, supporting HIS Operations staff to deliver consistently high quality and safe care. A good working knowledge of NDIS and associated changes is essential as is ensuring accreditation with the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Healthcare Standards, HSS or ISO.
To be successful you'll need: Relevant tertiary qualifications /or working towards or relevant experience Significant experience in working within a quality framework and policy development, including the NDIS framework Experience in project work with a high standard of skills in report writing, project design and management Demonstrated ability to show leadership and the ability to work with a wide range of people in a team environment High level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Excellent time and project management skills The benefits Remuneration is dependent upon skills and experience.
