The Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our Technology team at Praemium. In this pivotal new role, you will lead our testing efforts, steering the transition from a predominantly manual testing environment to a sophisticated automated testing framework. Your goal will be to uplift our testing capabilities, enhance quality, and reduce testing cycle times through the implementation of cutting-edge automation tools.

As the Quality Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our testing processes align with project goals and timelines. You will also play a critical role in continuous improvement initiatives, driving the evolution of our testing methodologies to meet industry standards.
