This position will entail developing and implementing delivery models, frameworks, and methodologies within the Service Delivery department, with a goal of creating an environment conducive to global efficiency and profitable growth.
What you will do: - Manage and support the Service Delivery team, fostering a conducive work environment.
- Develop and implement new business strategies as well as identify growth opportunities through add-on-sales.
- Conduct performance management, ensuring the adequacy of our quality management framework and monitoring key data trends.
- Oversee competence management by enabling competence build-up through career paths, training, education, and certification.
- Strictly adhere to compliance guidelines including group directives, legal and financial directives, frameworks, processes, tools, data security, and privacy, as well as global and local environmental and occupational health and safety regulations (E+OHS).
