You will be joining an organisation at an exciting time, where growth and transformation are key themes, and where your contributions as a Quality Manager will make a tangible impact on the business.What is on offer for the Quality Manager? * £46,800 salary * Monday to Friday, Days Role * Based in Flintshire (Commutable from Chester, Deeside, Ellesmere Port, Flint, Wrexham. * Full responsibility for overseeing quality standards across all areas of production * Opportunity to lead and mentor a dedicated quality team * Work closely with senior management to implement quality-driven improvements * Permanent, full-time opportunity within a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG environmentPerson Requirements for the Quality Manager: * Experience in a quality management role, ideally within FMCG or hi-care manufacturing sectors * Strong understanding of quality standards, regulations, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels * Proven experience in leading quality audits and managing external accreditations (ISO, BRC)Job Requirements for the Quality Manager:In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality standards across the site. Key responsibilities include: * Leading all quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring full compliance with both internal and external standards * Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve product quality * Leading audits on site such as ISO and BRC * Managing and mentoring a quality team, ensuring high levels of performance and development * Collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues * Managing the quality audit process, preparing reports, and providing insights to senior managementFor more information or to apply, please contact Ollie Melton at ADR Specialists today#J-18808-Ljbffr
