About the Role Develop, recommend and implement a quality assurance programme to ensure statutory and contractual compliance with quality requirements on the project. What you will do; Implement the organisational Quality Management System on the project to ensure quality objectives and targets are met Ensure that the project conforms with ISO and AS/NZS regulatory / legal requirements Identify, manage and monitor quality objectives, requirements, risks and other issues that may adversely impact the surety of successful project delivery Provide guidance and support to the project leadership team to develop and maintain a quality culture that drives business improvement Ensure that the workplace maintains robust risk management processes, capability, focus and discipline associated with quality Provide technical quality expertise for the project Ensure that the workplace understands and meets its regulatory and legal obligations as they relate to quality Handle client expectations and communicate effectively with the project team Select and develop staff within the section to ensure their quality assurance competences Provide leadership and mentoring to quality staff Understand compliance and reporting procedures and processes and demonstrate leadership in the communication of requirements Perform all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, systems and procedure What we are looking for; 3 - 5 years' experience in a quality management role Quality assurance experience gained within the construction, transport or related industries Experience in developing and managing project QA management systems Project management experience Advanced Diploma or Lead Auditor Qualification in Engineering, Science, Building, Construction, Quality Management or Project Management As part of the team, you help us deliver on our promise to transform lives.
