What you'll do: Manage our risk-based Quality Assurance framework for the Australian operations, influencing the completion of required internal audits, leveraging a pool of internal auditors  Manage the relationship with our external certifying body and coordinate maintenance of company certifications including: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001  Implement and continually improve robust technical review & verification processes including assessment of approved reviewers, and systems for discipline specific technical requirements  Maintain oversight of quality incidents, issues, audits, lessons learned and customer feedback to identify root causes and prioritise improvement actions.
Identify and report on relevant key performance indicators, objectives & targets  Facilitate and undertake activities which drive continuous improvement of our processes and Quality culture, including staff training/induction, active stakeholder engagement and championing our approach to Lessons Learned   Improve our information/knowledge management processes, platforms and peoples' proficiency to maintain the integrity, accessibility and suitability of our company information, to enhance knowledge recall and to drive efficiencies  Maintain and continually improve our Integrated Management System (IMS) content, in consultation with process owners and SME  Help to drive transformational business improvement, working with multi-discipline teams including IT and other SME to implement a cloud-first digital information strategy, leveraging digital systems, workflows and artificial intelligence (AI) where sensible  Mentor Quality Advisors in the BIQ Team and elsewhere in WSP   Represent AU Region for Global Quality initiatives, including the Global Excellence Program   Comply with all role specific HSEQ obligations as detailed in the relevant RACI matrix    About You Exceptional, in-depth relevant industry experience is a MUST  Lead auditor qualifications and Bachelors degree in a related field  Strong understanding of the industry that WSP operates   Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 and our IMS requirements   Achieved and maintained certification to relevant ISO standards  Review/analysis/audit of ISO-based management systems  Managed Quality Assurance framework and audit schedules  Root cause analysis and corrective action management  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; facilitated lessons learned workshops  Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships, professionally challenge and advise business leaders  Service delivery   Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail  Information / knowledge / content / data management and analytics   Project Management, Change Management &/or remote people management skills and experience highly regarded  Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
