The Quality Manager's role is to provide leadership to the Quality & Project Teams through direction, support, and advice to drive the implementation of the QMS.
You will have the opportunity to provide your expertise across a variety of projects and be a critical link in our Built process, truly adding to our success!
Here's what a typical day might look like for you:
• Maintaining and managing the QMS and ensuring that teams are trained to use it effectively.
• Reviewing audit reports and making recommendations for system improvements.
• Monitoring non-conformances with quality standards and take corrective and preventive measures.
• Ensuring projects are aware of any potential quality risks and have appropriate measures in place.
• Attending BU Quality Meetings, Quality Leadership Team meetings and Project team meetings.

Project management, engineering, or trade background A leader who demonstrates team building capabilities and the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes Minimum five (5) year's work experience in a similar quality management role within the Building and Construction industry Completed quality auditor training Strong involvement and understanding of quality assurance Ready to be a changemaker, with us?
