The Opportunity UEL is seeking a skilled Quality Manager to join us in our mission of providing exceptional education and care to our little people. UEL is on a journey of growth and transformation. This newly created role will lead a small passionate team of four (4) to drive strategic initiatives to advance quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence across all UEL services.
Your mission will be to ensure compliance and ongoing accreditation with state and federal legislation, support and lead the assessment rating process, establish and review policies and contribute to quality improvement frameworks, goals and principles. 
About You You are someone who thrives in a growing organisation, with a desire for development of compliance frameworks. Additionally, you will be compelling in your stakeholder engagement to ensure that the team understands the "why" in addition to the "what". 
Required skills/experience include: 
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Childhood Education or Early Childhood.  Experience in the development of compliance and/or policy framework.  Ability to interpret, analyse and implement regulation policy changes.  Experience in developing, monitoring, auditing and improving quality practice and systems.  Able to drive and lead change.
