This includes developing and enforcing quality standards, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement. The Quality Manager will work closely with project teams to maintain high-quality standards and ensure that projects meet client specifications and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance (QA) Management: Develop and implement quality management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure all projects comply with company, client, and regulatory quality standards.Quality Control (QC) Oversight: Monitor and assess the quality of materials, work processes, and finished construction outputs. Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications.Project Support: Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality-related issues, helping resolve any quality concerns or non-conformities.Compliance & Regulatory Requirements: Ensure all activities are compliant with industry standards, local regulations, and client requirements. Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.Audits & Inspections: Lead internal and external quality audits and inspections. Track and address any findings, ensuring corrective actions are taken where necessary.Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and systems. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and improve the quality of project deliverables.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, audit findings, and corrective actions. Present findings to senior management and stakeholders.Training & Development: Provide training to project teams and subcontractors on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent implementation of quality measures.Supplier & Subcontractor Quality Management: Work with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets the required standards.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related field.Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in quality management within the civil construction industry.Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality control techniques, and relevant regulatory requirements.8-10 years TMR project experience.Experience with quality audits, inspections, and non-conformance management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
