This role is integral to supporting the business in the implementation, maintenance, and administration of critical management systems, including LogiQC and Power BI. As a key member of the team, you will assist in developing and maintaining electronic forms and reporting solutions that align with operational and strategic needs. You will also provide essential support for the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) and other management reports are accurately developed, maintained, and delivered. Your expertise will help streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our management systems.
Essential Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing reporting and analysis solutions using Quality Management Systems (QMS) and other relevant applications. Previous experience as a System Administrator, particularly within QMS, is essential, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to train staff in QMS functionalities, and proficiency in key computer applications, including Word, Excel, and reporting tools. The candidate should be willing to travel to remote areas as required.
