This role may travel to various sites across WA. This position has the option to work from home 2 days per week.Duties for this role may include the following:Lead and implement activities to ensure Southern Cross care (WA) meets all required compliance requirements.Conduct quality audits and report on opportunities for improvement.Understand and abide by all relevant legislation, management practices, policies and procedures including Southern Cross Care's Code of Conduct and its values.Assist the Quality and Compliance Manager to design and implement a robust system and processes that meet accreditation and other compliance requirements.To be considered for this role you'll be:Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical or quality leadership role.Demonstrated ability to follow risk management strategies, identify and report hazards and adhere to work health and safety policies and procedures.High level understanding of the Aged Care Quality.Knowledge of current legislative requirements relating to the provision of Home Care, Mental Health and Disability services.Working with us:At Southern Cross Care (WA), we are committed to being an employer of choice.
