Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is the principal contractor for Snowy Hydro's Snowy 2.0, Australia's largest committed renewable energy project. We bring the combined engineering expertise of three companies - Italy's Webuild (formerly Salini Impregilo), Australian-based Clough and US-based Lane Construction.
Purpose of the Role: Manage Quality Assurance process with relevant subcontractor for the execution of Snowy 2.0 Project.
Qualifications: Tertiary Engineering or Construction Management Qualifications or related disciplinesWhite CardExperience: 15 years' experience in QA or QC position in the construction industry on large scale projectsKnowledge of Aconex, Glaass, EDMSExceptional problem-solving skillsStrong Initiative and proactive natureStrong stakeholder management skills across different levelsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsWell-developed time management skillsHigh attention to detailExceptional knowledge and ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointCore Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Promoting continual improvement of the Quality Management SystemManaging Quality Reporting to all stakeholdersPromoting a Risk Based approach to project decisionsAssuring the required level of Quality competency across organisational levels and Work SitesAssuring effective and timely Quality Support to all relevant FGJV DeptsAssuring Management Quality Reviews are duly organised and facilitated and records kept thereofAssuring analysis of QAQC data and proposing to the QM improvement programsDeveloping the annual Quality Audit Programme and ensuring its implementationOverviewing project processes mapping in liaison with other FGJV DeptsReviewing other Depts' generated documents (CMS, MAR, RFC, RFI)In collaboration with the Document QA Manager, maintaining effective and streamlined Document management processEnsuring timely development of QMS deliverables such as Procedures, ITPs, Work Instructions, FormsEnsuring QMS Registers (Documents Register, Forms Register, NCR Register, CAR Register, Work Lots Register) are always kept up to dateProvide governance over Nonconformities, Corrective Actions planning, follow-up and close out.Execution / facilitation of root cause analysis for Major NC / CAR.Promoting Quality culture diffusion across FGJV and its SubcontractorsPromoting initiatives aimed at reduction of NCRs to 0 thanks to proactive and preventive approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
