Reporting to the Site Production Manager, your role will be to perform microbiology of water samples, complete QA checks, and maintain the QC systems ensuring we are audit ready.
You will drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Neverfail's Integrated Management systems and provide key support to the local team.As the sole QA person onsite you cover the depth and breadth of QA activities, supported remotely by the rest of the QA community based at our other sites around the country.The core site hours are 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday, however some flexibility is required to support our seasonal business.Responsibilities:Coaching, training and reviewing competency of operations team members including standard checking and calibration of equipment.Analysing quality information to identify trends in support of operational teams.Investigates, reports and implements corrective actions for consumer and customer complaints.Reviews Quality and Production Process Controls in operations and generates change management in conjunction with production as required.Actively participates in continuous improvement (CI) projects.Conducting/overseeing all compliance testing and calibration activities to ensure adherence to the Quality Framework.Coordinate the collection and complete the despatch of all routine samples as per Quality framework i.e.
