As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will perform routine planned inspections and audits generating reports on Completed Overhead powerline work and project work according to Western Powers standards and specifications.
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance with requirementsConduct inspections and audits to identify quality issues, defects, or non-conformitiesReview technical documents and specifications to understand quality requirements and criteriaPerform visual inspections and measurements to detect potential defects or quality issuesAnalyse quality data and metrics to identify trends and support continuous improvementDocument quality findings, corrective actions, and maintain traceable recordsTrain staff on quality control procedures and foster a culture of quality awarenessAssess suppliers to ensure adherence to standards and provide feedbackAbout You Diploma in Quality Auditing is desirableExperience in Quality Assurance on the Western Power Network (desirable)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VisRes, and MS ProjectsDemonstrated ability to lead quality audits and inspections effectivelyStrong problem-solving capabilities and ability to perform in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAbout Ventia
