Secure Your Future: Enjoy a stable 5-Year Contract State of the Art Depot: Work at our modern facility in Forrestdale Great Salary: Up to $130,000 Inclusive of Super Tool of Trade Vehicle: Yours to take home About the Role As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will perform routine planned inspections and audits generating reports on Completed Overhead powerline work and project work according to Western Powers standards and specifications.
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance with requirements Conduct inspections and audits to identify quality issues, defects, or non-conformities Review technical documents and specifications to understand quality requirements and criteria Perform visual inspections and measurements to detect potential defects or quality issues.
Analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
Document quality findings, corrective actions, and maintain traceable records Train staff on quality control procedures and foster a culture of quality awareness Assess suppliers to ensure adherence to standards and provide feedback About You Diploma in Quality Auditing is desirable Experience in Quality Assurance on the Western Power Network (desirable) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VisRes, and MS Projects Demonstrated ability to lead quality audits and inspections effectively Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
