Final inspection of finished Workshop Jobs In progress inspection of subcontracted Job operations Creation of Inspecting Test Plans and other Quality Control Documents Assist in creating disposition where Non-conformance arises.
Ensure measuring and other equipment is calibrated Ensuring works undertaken are compliant to required standards and specifications Identify quality issues and assist in implementation of solutions Overseeing and regulating welder qualification testing Initiation of action to prevent re-occurrence of non-conformances May be required to vary duties provided that the variation is reasonable and within the limits of your skills, competency, and training, provided the employee can perform the work in a safe manner.
Immediately report to a manager and/or supervisor any incident resulting in harm or damage.
The immediate rectification (if possible) and notification to management and/or supervisor of any actual or potential safety, quality or environmental incident, hazard, or occurrence.

What you bring: Experience in a Workshop based environment measuring high precision fabricated and machined materials.
Trade background preferred.
Experience in quality administration Strong computing skills Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Solid communication skills Hardworking and hands-on attitude Current State Manual Driver's License.
Ability to analyse and problem solve.
Strong customer service skills to build trusting relationships with your internal customers and vendors.
Demonstrated Industry and Product knowledge of mineral processing in mining Sector is desirable.
Team player, able to interface positively with all team members.
Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast paced, changing environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
