Rheinmetall Defence Australia Pty Ltd in BrisbaneThe Quality Inspection team forms part of the greater Quality team, which encompasses Supplier Quality, Planning and Quality Operations. These roles will be based onsite full time at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence in Redbank, Ipswich, QLD.About the RoleReporting to the Incoming Quality Inspection Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that product deliveries, and corresponding documentation, comply with specifications detailed in the Purchase Order, Drawing, and other technical specifications.This role has opportunities in both afternoon and day shift.As the Quality Inspector, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:Conduct incoming goods inspection of products and supplier documentation as per inspection plan, engineering drawing, and product specification using layout measuring equipment;Raise and coordinate detailed nonconformance reports for nonconforming product within SAP;Coordinate Material Review Board meetings to determine the disposition of nonconforming product;Perform stock sorts to segregate nonconforming product;Administration relating to inwards goods inspection.What are we looking for?Rheinmetall seeks applicants who exemplify our Company's values of Safety, Partnering, Openness, Respect, and Trust (SPORT).
