Qualifications: Recognised tertiary qualifications within a relevant field of study, preferred but not essentialRelevant tertiary qualifications in AdministrationWhite CardExperience: 15+ yrs.
experience in Information Management, Document Control, and Handover.Experience working on large scale projects (Oil and Gas, Mining, Infrastructure)Expert knowledge of EDMS systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Acrobat etcProcess orientedStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levelsSound interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaborativelyAbility to work to deadlines and targets and can prioritise tasks under pressureFlexible and adaptableGood organisational skills and able to pay attention to detailAbility to manage personal stressCore Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Coordinate the document control function for all in-bound and out-bound official department related documents and files.Coordinate Aconex Remediation activities.Coordinate interface between Cooma and Site Document ControllersAssist in coordination of handover AcuitiesPrepare monthly reports to internal management,Working closely with Document and Handover Manager to prepare department forecasts Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
