Drawing on your clinical expertise, you will provide invaluable support and guidance on patient safety, accreditation, and risk management processes. Your insights will help shape business improvement projects that ensure our clinical services are not only safe but also effective, ultimately elevating the patient experience.
In this position, you will take accountability for the outcomes of clinical management practices, addressing any discrepancies between established protocols and actual practices. You will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture that prioritises safety and quality in patient care. Collaborating closely with senior leaders, you will manage specific work portfolios, coordinate key projects, and implement programs that drive improved outcomes for patients and clients alike. Your proactive approach will be essential in creating impactful changes within our health service.
