We are now seeking a skilled QHSE Compliance Coordinator to help us maintain and enhance our operational excellence.
Role Summary:
As the QHSE Compliance Coordinator, you will combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution to develop, manage, and enforce our QHSE policies and procedures.
You will ensure day-to-day compliance while driving long-term improvements across safety, quality, and environmental areas, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Safety Management: Develop and implement safety policies, programs, and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify hazards, ensure compliance, and promote continuous improvement.Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Maintain and update safety documentation and records, ensuring regulatory compliance.Deliver training programs to promote a proactive culture of safety.Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to all HSE regulations and legal requirements.Track and analyze HSE metrics to identify trends and develop actionable insights.Develop and manage comprehensive HSE programs that integrate seamlessly into operations.Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders on safety and environmental matters.Operational Oversight: Manage cross-functional teams to integrate QHSE practices into daily operations.Support audits and certifications for safety, environmental, and quality compliance.Provide detailed reports and performance data to leadership, highlighting areas for improvement and accomplishments.Oversee the development and execution of risk mitigation strategies.Leadership and Culture Building: Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on QHSE best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational goals with safety, quality, and environmental priorities.Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar QHSE role within a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment.Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing and engaging teams.Relevant certifications in QHSE, safety, or environmental management are highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
