Quality & Governance Specialist
Currently seeking a Quality & Governance Specialist (RN) who is passionate about improving clinical standards across Australia.

About the role: This position is fully remote can be based anywhere in Australia National travel will be required each month Reporting to the National Clinical Governance Manager Assist with developing, planning and implementing clinical strategies A focus on establishing, nurturing, and sustaining strong relationships with aged care & acute clients Collaborating with clients to ensure clinical governance in terms of Wound Management, Continence Management & Skin Care Ensuring that quality standards are exceeded. Benefits: Salary: $120k + super $20k annual incentive (KPI based) $19k car allowance Autonomous role with lots of flexibility Career growth and development opportunities: Courses, training and individual development planning are available for each employee The Requirements: Experience working in a Quality and/or Governance position Valid AHPRA registration (DIV 1 RN) is essential Experience working within healthcare - hospital, aged or home care sectors Expert knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process Excellent understanding of quality assurance Experience with continuous improvement, gap & risk analysis Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills Valid driver's license
