About the Role:
As a key player in our Governance team, you'll ensure Apollo Care's aged and community care services meet the highest standards in quality and compliance. You will support effective use of software systems, generate reports from them, manage MS Excel data registers, manage our online policy manual and monitor and drive quality and compliance. Your work will contribute directly to enhancing the lives of those we serve.
What You'll Do: Document Management: Administer and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) and Document Management System (DMS) to ensure seamless functionality.Quality & Compliance Coordination: Oversee compliance and quality improvement activities and support quality improvement where required.Data Management: Compile and analyse data to produce impactful reports for executives and the board, including managing a suite of data registers in MS Excel.System Administration: Manage care management and educational systems to support operational excellence.Collaboration: Partner with the Chief Governance Officer to sustain a robust and contemporary quality framework.What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Qualifications relevant to technology, business administration and/or quality are highly desirable.Experience: Experience in a similar role (experience within the Aged Care industry is highly desirable).Skills: Proficiency in quality management systems, advanced Microsoft tools (high level skills in MS Excel), and a sharp eye for detail.Attributes: Agile mindset, reliable, resilient, time management, and unwavering attention to quality.Why Choose Apollo Care?
