Quality Engineer

A Quality Engineer with expertise in Middleware focuses on testing applications and systems, executing test cases for SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), WebServices, and Middleware integration concepts. They develop test scenarios and test cases, and verify that the system is built according to requirements. The engineer typically specializes in functional and non-functional testing at the component integration layers, understanding and managing inter-application dependencies, and building environment availability and refresh plans. They also manage day-to-day environment management tasks. This role requires knowledge of invocation of applications interfaces using integration protocols such as WebServices, MQ, JMS, and RMI.
Mandatory Requirements: Experience designing and implementing automated Web UI test cases using Playwright Typescript Node.js REST APIStrong understanding of development design principlesExperience in writing quality test code (easy to maintain/extend)Strong understanding of software testing principlesExperience in creating test plans, test cases, test reports, etc.It's a bonus if you bring: Experience in the Data Governance domain and tools such as CollibraExperience in ETL testing and tools such as SQL, Python, Spark, Shell script, Power BIExperience in automating UI tests for SaaS platformsExperience in telemetry distributed testing
