We are guided by our innovative and compassionate values, and are seeking people with the same ideals to join our team!We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands, seeking an experienced and enthusiastic part-time Quality & Education Officer.This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and progressive organisation.About the roleOur staff work holistically to provide high-quality care and support to our residents based on interactions that are engaging, compassionate and considerate to their individual needs, preferences, identity, culture & diversity.Our person-centred approach focuses on maximising the quality of life for each and every resident, so if you are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents we would love to hear from you!Skills & ExperiencePrepare and deliver various education/training/in-services/orientation sessions to staff, stakeholders and residents.Annual competency training.Develop education calendar based on trend analysis, consumer feedback and regulatory compliance.Monitor new requirements within the industry and update education content as required.To undertake regular training, workshops and seminars.Promote learning opportunities for staff to develop new skills, knowledge transfer and cross-skilling.Continual self-education to ensure our systems and training are innovative and engaging.Undertaking regular assurance reviews/audits.Must hold an RN AHPRA Registration and experience in a similar role.Able to work without direct supervision.Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic.Hold a current Police CheckSalary PackagingOnsite gymFlexibilityCommunity like environmentExtensive training/education programPlease note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
