Skills & Experience Prepare and deliver various education/training/in-services/orientation sessions to staff, stakeholders and residents. Annual competency training. Develop education calendar based on trend analysis, consumer feedback and regulatory compliance. Monitor new requirements within the industry and update education content as required. Undertake regular training, workshops and seminars. Promote learning opportunities for staff to develop new skills, knowledge transfer and cross-skilling. Continual self-education to ensure our systems and training are innovative and engaging. Undertake regular assurance reviews/audits. Must hold an RN AHPRA Registration and experience in a similar role. Able to work without direct supervision. Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic. Hold a current Police Check.
