About the opportunity  We are currently seeking a passionate Quality Coordinator to join our leadership team at our Moran Stockton home. Permanent Part-time role, 3 days per week.
You will work with a wonderful team of dedicated people and your contribution will make a difference to our residents' enjoyment of their life every day.

About the Role The Quality Coordinator is responsible for leading the planning and coordination of the Quality Improvement Program at our Moran Stockton home. As a quality coordinator, you will analyse data, review policies, and suggest process improvements. You will be reporting and train employees on expectations of quality goals
About the Role Key member of the Moran Home's leadership teamPlay a pivotal role in driving education, learning and development.Be a part of the Operations team in implementing the Strengthened StandardsMaintain Quality System that is compliant with Aged Care StandardsAutonomous role implementing and maintaining quality systems in the Moran HomeCoordinate all matters relating to Aged Care Quality Standards and AccreditationIdentify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring systemDesign, organise and facilitate business analysis and change activity with staff at all levels, developing a strong understanding of current and future requirements and the change required to meet future outcomesDocument and monitor business processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures as a result of improvement initiativesKeep up to date with current industry trends regards quality matters to ensure our approach is contemporarySupport delivery of educationEngage with all residents, employees and stakeholders and demonstrate a commitment to improving care and servicesLead the complaints management function on behalf of the GM assuming an advocacy role as required in issues relating to stakeholders.About You Registered Nurse with relevant registration and experience, or equivalent Health Care qualifications or appropriate Aged Care/business experience (not less than 3 years)Experience in aged care and accreditation, and preferably other quality management systemsSolution driven by nature with a constant focus on continuous improvementPassionate about Quality and committed to continuous improvementStrong computer literacy and systems knowledgeWell-developed clinical knowledgeA 'Can Do' Attitude with a Customer Service FocusExcellent communication skills both written and verbalMust have valid working visaCurrent Police Check (or willingness to obtain)As a MHCG employee, benefits you'll be able to take advantage of:
