Reporting to the Regional Quality Manager, you will be responsible for driving the quality and food safety performance to ensure business, customer and regulatory requirements are met.Key elements of your role will include:Analysing and maintaining quality data to support quality systems and ensuring any non-conformances are identified and escalatedProviding guidance, instruction and support to the manufacturing teams to achieve customer specific quality standardsParticipating in quality incident investigationsParticipating in quality audits (internal/external) and report on outcomesProviding technical expertise and promoting continuous improvements on quality processesParticipating in product development trials and specification reviews for new and existing productsAbout youCompletion of a Diploma in Food Science and Technology or Certificate IV in Quality management (or similar) preferablePrior experience in a quality based role within the food manufacturing industry (or similar)Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong ability to prioritise and work effectively to meet deadlinesComfortable using software applications including MS Office suiteWe'll support you withThe opportunity to progress your career and to continue to make contributions that matterA fantastic team cultureLearning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own wayAbility to participate in our Employee Share Ownership ProgramClick on "Apply for this job" to submit your application.
