Your Tasks Maintain the audit schedule, conduct audits independent of the production team, and other assurance activities including FSR's, JRA Observations and Management InspectionsRepresent the Site during all external quality auditsMaintain the currency of all equipment calibrations and the calibration registerMaintain and ensure currency of the Non Conformance Register, including reporting on and driving corrective and preventive actions to completionRepresent the Site at the monthly Quality Leadership Team meetingReview and process incoming raw materials documentation, and ensure suppliers are meeting their requirementsEnsure all other quality aspects of the Austrak IMS are maintained on site, including responsibility for maintaining the Site's ISO 9001 accreditationReport on Quality KPI's, interpret data, and drive improvements, corrective and preventative actions.Follow through on set processes and ensure adherence to best production practices and product quality standards.Ensure compliance to authorisation of hold points and correct completion of all manufacturing documentationYour Profile Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline preferredQA experience in a manufacturing environment, such as concrete, food, heavy industrial, mineral processingUnderstanding of ISO 9001 -- Quality Management System.Experience in operating under and maintaining an ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemMeticulous in their work, skilled in quality processes and statistical techniquesAdvanced knowledge of safety and quality principles and processesPrioritize work schedules to meet operational goals, and Safety and Quality KPI's.Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.Proven verbal and written communication skills.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office platforms.Your contact person: Wyatt, Bree
